Two new fauna bimetallics by the
Turkish Mint:
'
Dormouse and Jerboa'
The
dormouse is a rodent of the family
Gliridae. Dormice are mostly found in Europe, although some live in Africa and Asia. They are particularly known for their long periods of hibernation.
The
jerboa forms the bulk of the membership of the family
Dipodidae. Jerboas are hopping desert rodents found throughout Northern Africa and Asia east to northern China and Manchuria. They tend to live in hot deserts.
